By accessing or using Vijeta.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
These terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with Vijeta.app regarding specific analytical tools.
02. Eligibility & Access
To use Vijeta.app, you must meet the following clinical eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have the legal right to manage and connect the Facebook Pages you link to our platform.
- You must comply with all Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards.
03. Billing & Payments
Vijeta.app offers both free and premium subscription tiers. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to the following terms:
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) using the payment method on file.
No Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access until the end of your period.
04. Data Rights & Usage
We respect your ownership of your data.
You retain all rights to the raw content and metadata from your Facebook Pages.
By connecting your pages, you grant Vijeta.app a limited license to process this data strictly for the purpose of providing analytics and insights. We do not build or augment user profiles using your platform data for any purpose other than providing your requested analytics.
05. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain the integrity of our clinical analytics engine, you agree not to:
- •Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass any of Vijeta.app security protocols.
- •Use inauthentic Facebook accounts to manage or connect pages.
- •Use the data provided for discriminatory, harmful, or illegal monitoring activities.
- •Resell the analytical insights provided by Vijeta.app as a standalone product without prior written consent.
06. Liability & Warranties
Disclaimer of Guarantees
Vijeta.app provides analytical insights based on available Meta data. We do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, or revenue outcomes. Use of our tools is at your own risk.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vijeta.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
07. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You and Vijeta.app irrevocably consent that the courts of your primary business jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
